Signup begins for Citizens Academy
Applications are being accepted for Volusia County’s Citizens Academy, a hands-on awareness program designed to educate citizens about county government operations. Classes will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 21 through Oct. 30. The final class is scheduled Nov. 12. There is no charge for the program, but applicants are asked to commit to attending all 12 classes. Shiloh to host ‘Morning Glory’
