Warner tops Crystal River

Marcus Dixon ran for 181 yards with two touchdowns to lead Warner Christian Academy to a 21-7 win over Crystal River on Homecoming, Friday night.
The Class 2A Eagles got a big win over the Class 5A Pirates Oct. 12, mainly due to the play of its defense.
Warner’s defense led by the play of James Paytas and John Harris forced four turnovers and made three key stops on possible Crystal River scoring drives.
Dallas Baldner also ran for well over 100 yards with a touchdown for Crystal River.
