 The Carolyn Shank Ormond Beach Hospice Care Home is scheduled to close it&#039;s doors permanently on Monday, August 27th in foreclose court.
  Carolyn Shank is a life long resident and Native of Daytona Beach.
She had a Vision of Enhancing and raising the Bar of Quality Care for the Terminally Ill, which lead to the opening of  her privately owned company in 2005.
  The Hospice Care home located at 3 Sharon Terrace, Ormond beach provided Care and over the top services for many floridians including her husband who lost his battle with Cancer.]]></description>
