Circuit Judge Hubert Grimes, who co-hosted the event with Donna Tucker, is shown above with former Daytona Beach City Commissioner Steven Miller, who also was one of the first to introduce Daytonans to celebrating Juneteenth. A festival takes place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at Cypress Street Park. A youth empowerment summit also is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
