Volusia chair sworn in

Jeff Brower was sworn in on Jan. 7 as the Volusia County chair while his family looks on. New council member Danny Robins was sworn in as well along with re-elected council members Heather Post and Billie Wheeler. The council has chosen Wheeler to serve as its 2021 vice chair.
